No refund after service activation.

Refund rule

Payments are not refundable after service activation.

Service activation means server resources have been provisioned, a website or application has been deployed, DNS/SSL configuration has started, credentials have been created, or maintenance work has begun.

Before activation

If a client pays but cancels before any activation or setup work begins, the request may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Any approved refund before activation may be reduced by payment gateway fees, banking charges, or other non-recoverable transaction costs.

Cancellations

Clients may cancel future recurring service before the next billing cycle. Cancellation stops future service renewal but does not create a refund for the active service period after activation.

Hosted data handover, backups, or migration support can be provided as agreed before cancellation.
